Purpose

Each year the Metro New York Chapter of the National Black MBA Association recognizes 2010 Gala WInners outstanding community service, volunteerism, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and scholarship in the New York African American community. Scholarship are also awarded to undergraduate and graduate school students.

Last year's Scholarship & Awards Reception: “Power & Passion: Celebrating 40 Years of Dedication,” commemorated the strides, transformations and progress that we've made as a Chapter over the past four decades. We recognized scholarship and awards recipients who demonstrate power and passion in academics, in service to others and in the business community. Their commitment to excellence and leadership is an inspiration to us as we look for innovative ways to positively impact the world around us.
